Feem Digitals provides digital marketing, social media management, content creation, website design, SEO, lead generation, virtual assistance, and related business support services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and all required materials necessary for the successful delivery of our services.-

Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quotation or proposal. Payment terms are outlined in each proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Late payments may delay project delivery or result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to those included within the agreed project scope unless otherwise agreed in writing. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the final approved deliverables upon full payment of all applicable fees. Feem Digitals retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, proprietary processes, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in providing the services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained during the course of the engagement and shall not disclose such information except where required by law or with prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Feem Digitals may utilize third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, or other service providers. The use of such services remains subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Feem Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Any outstanding fees or expenses incurred before termination shall remain payable by the client.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Changes

Feem Digitals reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
